Both plans have a 6-month initial term, then continue month-to-month; cancel with 14 days' notice before your next billing date after the initial term. Membership benefits and event rentals are subject to availability and facility policies. The corporate event discount cannot be combined with Corporate Loyalty Rewards or other event promotions.

What is included in a Corporate Membership?
The $399/month Corporate Membership includes 12 simulator hours per month, Monday–Friday from 8 AM–4 PM, with up to four players per bay. It also includes 20% off one qualifying company party or event per month.
What is the difference between a Corporate Membership and a Corporate Sponsorship?
Corporate Membership provides simulator access and an event discount for $399/month. Corporate Sponsorship is $599/month and includes those benefits plus dedicated bay advertising, booking platform visibility, social media promotion, priority visibility during events, and one qualifying 2-hour event rental per month.
What is the commitment for corporate plans?
Corporate Memberships and Corporate Sponsorships have a 6-month initial term and are billed monthly, with no signup fee. After the first 6 months, your plan continues month-to-month, and you can cancel with at least 14 days' notice before your next billing date. Current corporate members keep the terms they originally agreed to.
How many Corporate Sponsorships are available?
The Golf House offers a limited number of dedicated simulator bay sponsorship opportunities. Contact our team to confirm current availability.
Can we bring employees or clients?
Yes. Corporate Membership hours can be used to entertain employees, clients, and business partners, with up to four players per simulator bay.
Can we host a larger company event?
Yes. The Golf House offers private corporate events for networking, team building, client appreciation, and company celebrations, accommodating groups of up to 60 guests. Visit our Corporate Events page for details.
How do we get started?
Choose the Corporate Membership or Corporate Sponsorship option and use its signup button to register directly through GymMaster, where you can review your plan's terms before signing up. If you have questions first, you can also contact The Golf House.
