Bay Rental FAQs

  • Up to 4 players can use a simulator bay at one time. Kids under 12 are not included in this count, so bring them along!

  • Not at all! Our simulators offer golf courses, games, and challenges for all skill levels.

  • You are welcome to bring your own clubs, but we have Takomo irons in each bay for those that don’t bring their own.

  • Reservations can be made online through our booking system.

  • Yes! The Golf House is BYOB and BYOF friendly.

  • Absolutely! We designed The Golf House to be a space for everyone to have something to do. If anyone in your group doesn’t want to golf, they can play our yard-style games, shuffleboard, corn hole, cards, mahjong, or just relax in one of lounge areas.

  • Of course! We designed The Golf House to be a family-friendly environment. Kids can use the simulators, play yard-style games such as tic-tac-toe, connect four, and corn hole, play with duplo blocks, color, play shuffleboard, cards, or bring a game of their own.

Membership FAQs

  • We offer Birdie, Eagle, Albatross, Corporate, and Sponsorship memberships with different benefits and simulator access levels.  

  • Yes, membership plans include 24/7 facility access.

  • Yes. Guests are welcome during your reserved simulator time. Up to 4 players per bay.

  • Members receive discounts on merchandise, additional simulator time, and certain event packages depending on membership level.  

Event FAQs

  • Birthday parties, kids birthday parties, corporate events, team-building events, retirement parties, graduation parties, sports team celebrations, fantasy football draft parties, bachelor/bachelorette parties, Mahjong nights, and more.

  • Our private event venue accommodates up to 59 guests.

  • Yes! The Golf House is BYOB and BYOF friendly. You are welcome to bring food, beverages, cake, decorations, and catering.  

  • Our Birdie Bash package includes pizza and drinks for up to 20 guests. Additional food and beverage arrangements can be discussed when booking.

  • Yes. Event packages include exclusive use of the facility, along with an employee to help setup and anything else needed.

  • Our venue is 3,600 soft.

  • We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekends and holidays.

Takomo Demo FAQs

  • Simply book a simulator bay and use the Takomo clubs during your reservation.

  • No. Club demos are included with your bay reservation.

  • No. Takomo demos are available during booked simulator sessions only. You can book online through our website.

  • Yes! Use code TAKOMO10 when booking.

  • Absolutely! Each bay accommodates up to four players.

  • No. We do not sell Takomo clubs, but you can order the clubs at The Golf House with our Takomo QR code. Our employees can help assist with ordering questions and series information.

  • The Takomo clubs are available to test during our open hours.

    10am-10pm 7 days a week.

Golf Lessons FAQs

  • Yes, lessons are available at The Golf House.

  • Absolutely. Lessons are available for golfers of all skill levels.

  • Yes! We offer youth golf lessons for kids and teens of all skill levels. Whether your child is new to golf or looking to improve their swing, our PGA professional provides personalized instruction in a fun and supportive environment.

  • PGA Professional Jimmy Krupa is our golf instructor! With over 30 years of experience teaching both youth and adults, Jimmy brings a level of expertise that meets you exactly where you are, whether you’re just getting started or refining your game.

League Play FAQs

  • Yes! Leagues typically last 4 weeks.

  • No. You do not have to be a member for League Play at The Golf House.

  • Either! We have league play tee-times on weeknights (typically Tuesdays), but if you are unable to come you are welcome to complete your rounds whenever is best for you.

  • Yes. Members can enter leagues at a discounted rate.

Golf Club Regripping FAQs

  • Most golfers should replace their grips every 40–60 rounds or about once a year. If you play frequently, practice often, or notice your grips becoming slick or worn, it’s probably time for new grips.

  • Common signs include:

    • Slippery or shiny grips

    • Cracks or splits

    • Hard or smooth rubber

    • Loss of traction, especially in humid weather

    • Needing to grip the club tighter than normal

    Fresh grips improve comfort, confidence, and consistency.

  • Yes. Worn grips can reduce traction, causing you to grip the club tighter, which may lead to inconsistent swings and reduced confidence. Fresh grips help you maintain a secure, comfortable hold.

  • Yes. While new grips won’t change your swing, they can improve your control by providing better traction and reducing grip pressure. Many golfers find they swing more confidently with fresh grips.

  • Absolutely! You can bring your own grips, or choose from the grips we have available.

  • Yes! We have SuperStroke grips that can be purchased and used.

  • Turnaround time depends on our workload, but most regripping jobs are completed quickly - within an hour. Contact us for current turnaround times or a team member will give you a timeframe when you arrive.

  • Both! Whether you need one club regripped or your entire bag refreshed, we’re happy to help.

  • SuperStroke grips (if you choose to buy) are $6/ea

    Labor fee is $5/ea

  • No. Feel free to come by whenever it’s a good time for you.

  • Unlike many golf shops, you can:

    • Test your clubs on our indoor simulators after regripping.

    • Try Takomo clubs before you buy (we’re the only Official Takomo Club Testing Location in the U.S.).

    • Relax in our family-friendly facility while your clubs are being serviced.

    • Reserve a bay and play using our in-bay irons while you wait.
