Do guests need to know how to golf?

Not at all! Our simulators are fun for beginners and experienced golfers. We also have shuffleboard, cornhole, a putting green, and other games.

How many people can attend?

The Golf House accommodates up to 60 guests. All private event packages include exclusive use of the facility.

Can we bring our own food and drinks?

Yes! You're welcome to bring your own food and beverages. We also offer optional pizza and nonalcoholic drinks.

Can you provide pizza and drinks?

Yes. Pizza and nonalcoholic drinks are available for an additional $150 for up to 20 guests, plus $10 for each additional guest receiving food and drinks.

Can we book a weekday company Christmas party?

Absolutely. Monday through Thursday events have our lowest private event pricing and are a great choice for office celebrations and employee appreciation.

Can we book an evening or weekend holiday party?

Yes! Private events are available during our operating hours, subject to availability. Events must finish by 10 PM.

What if we need more time?

Choose a 2-, 3-, or 4-hour private event. Contact our team if you need a custom arrangement.

Do you offer corporate discounts?

Yes. Qualifying Corporate Members and Sponsors may receive event benefits. We also offer loyalty discounts for eligible returning corporate customers booking qualifying weekday events. All benefits require verification and cannot be combined with other percentage discounts.

Are you available on Christmas Eve or Christmas Day?

Holiday availability may vary. Contact us with your preferred date and time so we can confirm whether your event can be accommodated.

How do we reserve our date?

Submit an event inquiry with your preferred date and details. Our team will confirm availability and pricing. A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation, and deposits are nonrefundable once paid.

Estimate only. Corporate discounts, sponsor benefits, screen waivers, and loyalty rewards require staff verification. Your final invoice may differ. Your event is not reserved until availability and any required deposit are confirmed.

Deposit Invoice

Once availability and any requested benefits are verified, we'll email your deposit invoice if a deposit is required. Invoices are not sent automatically when this form is submitted.

Event Deposit & Cancellation Policy

A 50% deposit is required to secure your event reservation when applicable. Deposits are nonrefundable once paid.

Rescheduling: You may reschedule your event one time at no additional charge with at least 7 days' notice, subject to availability. Your original deposit transfers to the new date.

Rescheduling requests made less than 7 days before the event are subject to approval and may result in deposit forfeiture.

Unforeseen Circumstances: If severe weather, a power outage, or another circumstance prevents The Golf House from safely hosting your event, we will offer an alternative date or a refund.

The remaining balance is due no later than the day of your event.
